NaNoWriMo Day 2

I actually wrote about 3500 of those yesterday in the car on the way home from vacation. Thank goodness someone else was driving! LOL Today I wrote the rest in the carpool on the way home. I tried to write more when I got home, but I kept getting distracted by research and other things--related to the novel, but not actually writing. *sigh*

I'm thinking about doing the Wednesday write-ins since they're fairly close to where I work. I don't want them to interfere with Criminal Minds viewing, though, since that's the one thing I won't give up for NaNo.

At this point, though, I've got three scenes written and a fourth well under way. I've introduced the main love interest, and I've touched on two of the subplots.

And now I can't stop yawning, so it must be time to go to bed.

I'm writing Regents. Don't be surprised if I show up on your doorstep in a week and demand you take me to the nearest historical society. *G*
