Wow, LJ is dead today. Obviously I need more friends who are not American. ^_^
THanksgiving is not a big happy family holiday for us. It used to be, I remember when my mom's dad was alive, we had a big meal and a turkey, and everyone came. And even when Mom's mom was live, we had a big get-together, though we started doing buffet-style finger foods and that. My mom's older sister and my dad's mom are downstairs, I've put in my almost two hours worth of appearance, and I'll have to go back down when the pumpkin pie is served. Other than that... *shrug* No big deal for me.
I think that's why Fith has his "family" at Regent's. Because of how I consider some of my friends to be my family.
